Here we are at week 3.



Tuesday 
Macaroni Cheese
I'm away tonight, fortunately, because I'm not keen on macaroni at all...

Wednesday 
Lebanese lentil and chickpea soup

 Soup on Wednesdays because it's dog training night!

Thursday 
Eggs
I'm out again, so it's find your own food night.

Friday 
Bean chilli

Saturday 
Mushroom and kale lasagne

Sunday 
Roasting tray dinner (sweet potato, leek and chickpea)
